With the launch of Medco's Support Site. There are several options for opening tickets:
1) Self-Help: Log onto http://support.medcocorp.com and sign into the website using your e-mail address as your username and the password Medco123! If that password doesn't work, click where it says (Help! I don't know what to enter here!) and you will receive an e-mail that will help you reset your password.
2) Email the Medco Service Desk (firstname.lastname@example.org). Please provide as much information as possible and an IT Technician will respond as soon as possible.
3) Call Medco Service Desk (x5555) and speak with our IT Support Staff about your issue. Please explain your issue to the person that answers.
Never call Genius first! Our IT staff may advise you to call them after speaking with you, but our internal Service Desk should always be your first call.
