Reset Citrix Browser

  1. To do this, open the Internet Explorer desktop app, click the gear menu in the upper-right corner of the browser window, and select “Internet options” from the drop-down menu.

  2. Click the “Advanced” tab and then click “Reset” at the bottom.


   3. Then, click “Reset”.


    4. A dialog box displays showing the reset progress. Once it’s done, click “Close”.


    5. Close the browser. Wait a few moments are relaunch the browser.

    6. After launching the browser, a pop up will appear. Select the “Use recommended security and compatibility settings” and click “OK”.
